Aliante Neighborhood Information
With over 1,900 acres nestled into the base of the Sheep Mountains in North Las Vegas, Aliante is not just the first true master planned community in this area, it is one of the largest as well. And although it has a large amount of acreage, Aliante has retained 428 acres of community areas for recreational and public use along with over 100 acres that is dedicated to commercial development (shops, resident services and dining).

Aliante has a number of amenities that need to be mentioned as well. The Nature Discovery Park is part of the planned 45 acres. In addition, there are a couple of other more traditional parks. For those 55 and over, a gorgeous clubhouse is available at Sun City Aliante, along with tennis, golf, and workout facilities.
